Frequently asked questions

What’s the main difference between the Pro Plan and the Basic Plan?

Pro Plan: You purchase directly from CHINA SOURCING GROUP CO., LTD’s supplier network. We guarantee product quality and compensate you in case of any defects or issues.

Basic Plan: You use your own suppliers, and we help negotiate and resolve any quality issues. However, the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.

Yes, you can! If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan order for items from your own suppliers and a Pro Plan order for items from CHINA SOURCING GROUP CO., LTD’s supplier network.

Basic Plan: The minimum service fee is $100.

For both Basic Plan and Pro Plan, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $500.

If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $500 (e.g., $2,000 for 4 products), no additional handling fee applies.

If the total falls below $500 per item, a $25 handling fee per product will apply to those below the minimum value.

We typically cannot disclose supplier details. However, we are more than happy to assist our clients in organizing on-site factory inspections if needed.

Default Inspection: We offer free quality inspections based on AQL 2.5 standards, even if the factory has reworked the products due to previous issues.

Higher Sampling or 1-by-1 Inspections: We also offer higher sampling ratios or 1-by-1 inspections, but this service is charged separately and will be quoted based on your requirements.

Photography starts at $3 per photo, depending on the complexity and the type of photos required.
