If you are working with suppliers selected and managed by us, we will handle all quality issues and replacements at no additional cost to you.

For Your Own Pre-Selected Suppliers
If you are using suppliers you found yourself, we can still actively assist in resolving any quality issues.
Please note that logistics, travel, or rework fees may apply in these cases.

For specialized or custom inspection requirements, or if you need a defect rate lower than AQL 2.5, please contact our team for a detailed quotation on any additional fees.
